Hi! I’m Pip. I’m a friendly and enthusiastic Senior Creative Designer with over 20 years of experience working in the graphic design industry across both Australia and the UK.
When I’m not designing you’ll often find me planning my next holiday and spending time with my family!
I’ve spent most of my career on the client side, where I’ve had the chance to lead design teams, manage end-to-end print projects, and work closely with a wide range of people, both internally and externally, to bring creative ideas to life.
I absolutely love the design process and have a real passion for getting things just right - from the first brief all the way through to final delivery. With a strong background in print and press production, I’m known for meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. I’ve also managed design workflows for global brands across print, digital, and other offline channels, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
I’m confident using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and I also enjoy working with web platforms like Shopify , Wix and WordPress. I’m also very comfortable with tools like Canva and Omnisend, and I’m always keen to pick up new skills (I’m a fast learner!).
People often describe me as approachable, adaptable, and down-to-earth. I’m always up for learning something new, whether it’s through training, courses, or just diving into a new project. I bring positivity, energy, and a genuine love for design to everything I do.

Redlands Vodka was a new product for Casella at the time, branching out from the standard wine that they were founded on.
I had free rein with this one. I ended up going for a more traditional design which they loved!
I designed a suite of POS and online ads to showcase the new Poets range of products in the Australian market.
Rachael Mackenzie came to me at the beginning of 2024 with her new business idea. She wanted a logo and business cards to promote her fashion styling startup called ‘Style It Up’.
I gave her a range of fonts and colours to choose from and I then devised the coat hanger as part of the logo and we chose a winning design!
I had Rachael’s business cards printed on a 350gsm matt stock with double sided cello glaze and a spot gloss on the front logo and copy.
We needed bomb bursts and wobblers to accompany the launch of the new [yellow tail] Bubbles. I came up the tagline and some eye-catching designs which were stuck onto case stacks and in fridges in-store to help with brand awareness.
In 2019, Casella celebrated it’s 50th anniversary. I was tasked with creating the newsletter for this milestone.
This newsletter was distributed across the company’s 500+ employees along with 50+ distributors around the world.
In 2021, [yellow tail] celebrated it’s 20th birthday. I was tasked with creating the newsletter for this.
This newsletter was distributed across the company’s 500+ employees along with 50+ distributors around the world and is still used as a reference point for new starters in the business.
