IMS (Inventory Management System) was built from scratch to track set-top boxes and accessories across their lifecycle.
The challenge was chaos, devices moved through purchases, warehouses, local operators, and repairs without a clear trail, leading to losses and inefficiencies.
I designed a lifecycle-based flow with challan (handover documents), purchase-to-install tracking, and system integrations. The result: transparency, accountability, and streamlined inventory control.

Reward Rally is a loyalty platform I helped design to reimagine how e-commerce brands retain customers.
The problem with most loyalty tools? They were bloated, transactional, and lacked emotional connection. Our challenge was to make loyalty feel personal, motivating, and lightweight enough to plug into Shopify.
We built points, tiers, and badges into a floating, ever-present “gift icon” that gave customers a gamified, trust-building loyalty loop without breaking platform rules. Brands loved the flexibility, and customers enjoyed a clear, rewarding experience.
