Jeff “Ando” Anderson is a Fort Wayne–based poster artist and illustrator with over 25 years of experience designing bold, hand-drawn visuals for bands, record labels, and independent brands. Through his one-man studio, Pretty Good Posters, he’s built a reputation for creating gritty, character-driven artwork that blends punk attitude with folk charm. His style is raw, loud, and proudly imperfect—drawing inspiration from street corners, greasy pizza, loud music, and the occasional bad idea. Whether it’s a gig poster or an album cover, everything he makes is grounded in human touch and humor. He’s collaborated with artists like Left Lane Cruiser, Possessed by Paul James, James Hand, and labels such as Hillgrass Bluebilly Records.
Outside the studio, Ando’s work has been featured on PBS’s Arts IN Focus and at venues throughout the Midwest. He’s known for showing up for his community—donating time and design to local fundraisers, mural projects, and DIY events. While his work leans gritty and loud, it carries a lot of heart. If you’re looking for artwork that’s unpolished in the best way—and doesn’t take itself too seriously—he’s your guy.
