I’m an Art Director/designer who was lucky enough to get my first job in an agency that’s let me get stuck in. My employers took a real punt on me. So it was sink or swim. I had to fight for briefs and thrive in a busy agency environment. It was great grounding for all my subsequent jobs. Conceptual thinking is my bread and butter (I’ve got the creative awards to prove it) though I’ve been known to work on the other bread and butter stuff too! Now I want to build on all my experience, learn more from the right agency. Oh and a few more awards wouldn’t go a miss either.
