Windows 8 HTML5 + JavaScript application for the Microsoft Retail division that profiles the device it’s running on and serves up consumer friendly information meant to assist in selection and purchase of the best PC for them, in addition to marketing Windows 8 and the new Office suite.
Constructed application using the WinJS framework. Managed team of six developers, most of which were new to Windows 8 and required training, in addition to balancing personal development workload.
Screenshots feature work done for the V2 holiday season release, which was running on hundreds of thousands of Windows 8 machines in major retail stores internationally, and seen by millions of consumers accross the globe.
