"The Book of Botzen"

Botzen is the name of our city in old text and maps. For this old maps and paintings of Bolzano were digitized and matched with the current map of Bolzano. These maps from different centuries have been engraved in wood and joined together in the form of an interactive book called “The Book of Botzen”. A person can flip through the pages and see the changes in the city boundaries over the centuries. and compare even the smallest changes in the city buildings.
