I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate depression, anxiety, school and work stress, and life transitions. I currently work as a therapist with Headspace, delivering telehealth services to adults, and I also contribute to mental health content creation for Headspace. Beyond direct clinical care, I train teams on couples counseling approaches, present to boards and community groups to raise awareness, and produce podcasts and written content exploring psychology and behavior change. In my free time I enjoy improv and writing Pop Psych 101.
