I am a creative and driven game designer with a proven track record of turning ideas into engaging experiences. I founded the LTU chapter of our student game design organization, led the design on At Least I’m Rich (the top overall winner of IndieCade’s 6th Annual Climate Jam), and, as a college freshman, signed a publishing deal for a board game.
In addition to design work, I have hands-on experience delivering polished visuals and systems across education and industry. I’ve served as a Game Designer at Serious Magic, a Technical Design Intern at Mutually Assured Development, and a Teaching Assistant at Lawrence Tech, leveraging Unreal Engine proficiency, UX/UI sensibilities, and strong design documentation to help teams ship compelling projects.

At Least I’m Rich is a digital card game, made in Unreal Engine and the Top Overall winner of IndieCade’s 2024 Climate Jam. This game engages in the theme of climate change by placing players in the shoes of massive corporate entities and allowing them to build structures to expand their corporate empires.
At the end of the game, whoever made the most money wins! But there’s a catch: every time a structure rewards a player with money, it also damages the environment. If the environment’s health reaches zero before the end of the game, the game ends instantly, and the player who dealt the least amount of damage wins instead!
My major contributions include designing the core loop, designing and balancing each of the game’s cards, writing the design documentation, UI implementation, and AI behavior design.

Spells is a stylized fantasy roguelike, in which the player controls a powerful Lexomancer, a rare class of wizard who can conjure magic through the use of language. Determined to complete their rite of passage of word-forgery, the Lexomancer must battle their way through hordes of enemies, gathering mystical letter tiles along the way. Each letter tile has the power to make your spells stronger, but only if it is used to spell out a real word!

This Game is About Robots is a 3D metroidvania about a robot. Manufactured to transfer energy between objects – you are a walking battery with the ability to power the world around you. After a freak accident, you find yourself in the lower levels of Cog Springs, the only home you’ve ever known.
There, you uncover the truth that the society you once believed was perfect is built upon the shoulders of something much darker. Now you must utilize your energy powers to escape the lower levels, all while dodging the watchful eye of a propaganda-powered dictatorship.
I am currently working on this project with a small team as a game designer and gameplay programmer.
