    This project is part of a creative menswear capsule titled SCRATCHPAD, inspired by abstract art, urban expression, and playful digital-era characters. The collection features a short-sleeved graphic t-shirt and cargo jogger pants designed for streetwear-savvy youth. T-Shirt: Made using a 95% cotton / 5% elastane jersey for comfort and stretch, the design features dynamic, splatter-inspired abstract prints reminiscent of Jackson Pollock’s action painting style. The black and white base is accented with ink-like strokes and chaotic linework to evoke artistic spontaneity. Joggers: Crafted in a stretch cotton blend (60% cotton / 35% polyester / 5% spandex), the pants feature functional pocket details, contrast color blocking, and character patches that reinforce the playful and experimental theme. The styling includes ribbed cuffs and a drawstring waist for a relaxed streetwear silhouette. Moodboard: The visual direction combines elements of digital graffiti, hand-drawn characters, and split-tone imagery to merge analog creativity with contemporary graphic expression. This project showcases my ability to merge art-inspired themes with functional apparel design, creating garments that are both expressive and wearable.
