I’m a composer, songwriter and orchestrator, currently focussing on choir part writing and choral music but specialising also in full orchestration and songwriting. I’ve recently worked as the composer on two art projects, including with Creative Folkestone as composer and choir director. I currently have compositions on display in the Folkestone Triennial and in the San Paulo Biennial, both of which are part of larger artworks by Emeka Ogboh, and are critically acclaimed by publications including the Guardian, Forbes and Art Life. The roles involved composing and orchestrating a Capella pieces to lyrics written by the artist, including making mockups and recordings of vocal parts and scoring the final piece. Composer at Freelance
August 8, 2025 - October 25, 2025
I composed a ten minute long piece for a ten piece female choir, with several movements, set to lyrics given by the artist who commissioned me. I sourced and liaised with the choir and oversaw the recording. I recorded a mock up of the piece using my own voice and scored it al out. The composition was commissioned for the San Paolo Biennial.
