Acted as technical escalation point for Middleware support, handled production issues, built CI/CD pipelines, installed and administered Kafka servers, ensured infrastructure security compliance through preventive and detective controls.

Developed and maintained responsive cross-platform web applications. Improved unit tests and code coverage, designed and developed APIs leveraging latest cloud services, provided BSS/OSS and BAU support, supported SIT/UAT testing, coordinated with delivery, product and development teams, upgraded legacy code libraries, and performed Proof-of-Concept evaluations for project feasibility.
