Worked on a PoC to develop an agentic AI framework using LangGraph and Crawl4 AI to scrape websites and identify best dealers/vendors across multiple product lines. Integrated LangGraph orchestration with MCP servers and a RAG knowledge base (Elasticsearch) to translate semantic queries into executable UI actions. Designed and implemented a planner-executor agent system with Planner Node (step planning), Browser Agent (parallel test runs), and Report Agent (test reporting). Implemented automated integration tests using Python (PyTest & UnitTest) to validate RabbitMQ producer-consumer message flows, reducing manual QA effort by over 20 hours per week. Developed Python-based API and database test utilities, integrating them into Azure DevOps CI/CD. Built a React front-end internal tool enabling students to interact with the chatbot and input queries.

Developed and deployed RESTful APIs using Flask to streamline data exchange between on-prem SharePoint environments and Microsoft 365 cloud. Integrated Microsoft Graph APIs to automate document migration, permission mapping, and metadata synchronization across SharePoint sites. Containerized Flask services with Docker and configured deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps, enabling smooth CI/CD workflows and environment consistency. Built Python microservices and APIs on AWS, leveraging API Gateway, ECS (Fargate), and Lambda for serverless execution of backend migration and validation jobs. Leveraged Docker containers to package ML microservices; authored custom Dockerfiles and orchestrated deployments in Kubernetes clusters for scalable inference workloads. Developed dynamic front-end components using React JS, HTML, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks to improve internal dashboards and user experience for business stakeholders.
