Palestinian documentary filmmaker and photographer with over 15 years of experience in visual storytelling. Based in Bethlehem, my work focuses on personal and intimate narratives that explore the body, memory, faith, illness, and silence, using cinema as a space for reflection, awareness, and social dialogue. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Cinema, and Television, and I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Documentary Film. My practice is deeply rooted in lived experience, with a strong interest in socially sensitive topics and human-centered storytelling approached through a restrained, emotionally grounded visual language. My graduation film, Luna (Breaking the Silence), is a first-person documentary addressing infertility and endometriosis within the Palestinian context. The film has received international recognition, including the Best Health and Medicine Film award at the Sicilian Film Awards (2025) and official selections at international documentary festivals. In 2013, I founded SOLO Production, producing documentary films, short narrative films, awareness videos, and photography in collaboration with institutions, organizations, and companies.
