Raphaelle Standell-Preston

Hello, I am an internationally acclaimed songwriter with 15+ years experience, 15+ records released on professional labels. Writing mainly my own songs is my full time job. I sing, write lyrics, compose, arrange & produce. I am extremely versatile and able to write music in pretty much any genre, though my strengths are pop, electronic, alternative, folk, R&B, country. I currently release music under the band name Blue Hawaii that is on Helix Records/Warner Bros. Many of my songs have millions of plays on Spotify, one song that people seem To really like is ‘I felt love’. I help other people write songs too! Recently I wrote songs for Who Made Who - one of their singles Kiss Me Hard & other tracks on their most recent record and am writing songs for Album Leaf. I won a Juno for alternative album of the year for my former project Braids. I am currently embarking on a solo record with Arbutus Records. I bring a depth of experience and versatility and cultivate a good energy to help others reach their goals and enjoy the journey. I also am also very able to collaborate remotely! My name is a bit androgynous, so, if it matters to you, I am a female vocalist. Thank you for considering me!
