Leadership & Strategy: • Guide a team dedicated to application testing, automation, and environment management. • Create and execute strategies aimed at enhancing testing processes and automation frameworks. • Work closely with other IT and business leaders to ensure that testing and automation practices align with the organization's objectives. Testing & Quality Assurance: • Supervise the design, execution, and upkeep of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Confirm that applications and systems adhere to quality standards prior to deployment. • Track and report on the effectiveness of testing strategies, making necessary adjustments as needed. Automation: • Spearhead the automation of repetitive and time-consuming tasks within the testing process. • Assess and adopt tools and technologies that improve automation capabilities. • Promote ongoing enhancements in testing efficiency through automation initiatives. Environment Management: • Oversee and maintain test environments, ensuring they are correctly configured and accessible when required. • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up and sustain testing environments. • Apply best practices in environment management to minimize downtime and boost reliability
