Own end-to-end backend delivery across .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, PHP, and Oracle: design, implementation, automated testing, CI/CD on Azure DevOps, production observability, and operations. Deliver performance and data-integrity improvements, including multi-year estate consolidation with zero-data-loss go-live and high-volume biometric migration for ~8 million fingerprint records with regulator-aligned matching accuracy and zero downtime. Implement federated authentication/SSO with Microsoft Entra ID (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML) and build centralized logging with ELK and Splunk SIEM forwarding to reduce MTTR by ~40%.

Delivered end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP implementations for multiple clients, including process mapping, development, testing, deployment, and user training. Built bespoke backend web applications and APIs (ASP.NET MVC + SQL Server) such as a system supporting Uganda’s National Drug Authority (NDA). Implemented order/financial/warehousing/CRM modules, improving financial-reporting accuracy and stock management. Developed NAV extensions and integrations using C/AL, web services (SOAP), and XMLports; executed zero-data-loss data migration scripts.
