Developed a feature on the Delivery Experience team enabling customers in multiple countries to choose two separate delivery time slots. Updated frontend (JSP, JavaScript) and backend (Java, GraphQL, REST APIs) components, and created backend integration tests and UI automated tests to ensure correct functionality. Contributed to reducing delivery failures by approximately 2,500 per day, improving the overall delivery success rate by 13–22% in those markets.
