The client owns the US based private school and our cooperation has been going for more than 1,5 years.
There were a lot of disorganization and manual tasks, but with the help of automations, the client managed to ease the work of his employees.
The client mainly wanted to enhance efficiency in monitoring payment transactions, so I created a separate financial base in Airtable so that payment transaction monitoring efficiency improved, leading to better financial oversight and reduced discrepancies. And also the client wanted to simplify the complex remuneration system, including bonuses, insurance, and additional payments. So I did an automation that combines the financial database with the Payroll system, which calculates monthly salaries based on annual data.
In addition, the client wanted to automate the manual employee hiring process. I did an automated system with forms and processes “Approve/Reject”, and an employee hiring process was automated, reducing administrative burden, improving turnaround time, and enhancing recruitment efficiency.
I have used different tools for this project, such as Airtable, Zapier, Jotform and some API platforms, such as Rest API and JavaScript.
The client owns a law firm and our cooperation has been going on for more than 1 year. They provide different services, beginning with visas, simple consultations for clients, help immigrants and conduct cases in court.
All the job is done in CRM, where he keeps track of all law cases. Also the client has business flow for every type of case and I have automated this flow. For example, when a case is created in base, it automatically goes to the needed step, depending on the work done with this case.
In addition, I have automated the count of statistics of the firm itself and every employee. This automation also counts their monthly KPI, leading to improved company growth and efficiency.
I have also created the user portal for each employee, where they have their own dashboard with cases that they work with, and all this is shown in the interface.
So for all these automations I used Airtable tool, but I have also used API platform USPS (United States Postal Service), which keeps track of all their law cases and status of each parcel.
Thus the client’s business is now more operational and generates more revenue than in previous years.
This client owns a recruitment company and our cooperation has been going on for 2.5 years.
He creates an automatic HR system that, from one side, seeks for top-level employees, and from the other, it seeks for companies that are in need of these employees. He does these searches in different ways with different tools.
At the beginning of our collaboration, NoCode tools and systems met his needs and did a great job. But when hundreds of data started coming in, the client decided to manage the system with the help of Native Code, and I easily helped the client with that, because workflow was great and I only helped to launch the system so that it worked well. I automated the search for employees or a company, as well as the matching of an employee with a company in the system.
I have used different tools for this project, such as Airtable, Make.com, Zapier, LinkedIn, HubSpot. In addition, I have used a lot of API platforms, such as JavaScript and Rest api.
This client’s business is now operational and generates more revenue than in previous years. Now we agreed more on Native Code job, because NoCode platforms don’t have such solutions for his needs, namely where there is a large amount of data.
This client gave me multiple tasks focused on automating operations, equipment sourcing, invoice streamlining, marketing statistics, finance planning and calculations.
The client supplies construction equipment to customers and he has his own network of suppliers. Our cooperation has been going on for more than 1 year.
I have helped this client with automation of almost all processes in their system, starting with customers acquisition, sales processes and sourcing, and made an automation of the invoicing system and other internal processes.
With the help of all these automations, the client’s revenue increased by 2 times more than last year. And also due to the automation of the work processes, I increased the number of clients coming to the client’s company and, accordingly, the client’s income increased.
