Previously I have been able to display my skills in storytelling and editing across a diverse portfolio of podcasts, including Engineering Matters, Planet Beyond and HS2’s How To Build a Railway. My contributions to these projects were recognised at the 2022 Publisher Podcast Awards, where I was named "Publisher Podcast Hero of the Year". Additionally, I was part of the Engineering Matters team that secured the "Best Technology" podcast award for three consecutive years (2021–2023), and "Best B2B Podcast" in 2024.  My technical expertise encompasses the entire production lifecycle, from editing and mixing to audio restoration and scoring via Adobe Audition for major clients in the engineering sphere such as Siemens, Oracle, HS2, Fugro, Egis and WSP. Here’s one example of an episode that I put together fairly recently. It’s an episode of Engineering Matters, which is a podcast that celebrates the work of engineers who use ingenuity, practicality, science, theory and determination to build a better world. In this episode, Dr Meganne Christian, a scientist and adventurer, shares her story and explains the many reasons why we should continue to build our presence in space, and the diverse roles that will need to be filled for this new era of space exploration. Engineering Matters

Engineering Matters celebrates the work of engineers who use ingenuity, practicality, science, theory and determination to build a better world. In the UK alone, 5.7million people work in engineering related enterprises from manufacturing and agriculture to construction and transportation. Their work ensures that the country has sustainable power supplies, better connectivity between cities, increasing efficiency in production processes; advanced manufacturing methods; and is embracing the digital transformations that include virtual modelling of our environment, and development of intelligent machines. The episodes examine the vital work of engineers using a mix of interviews, analysis and site visits.
