Graduation internship on BoneBase, an applied AI project that turns internal spine imaging studies into a self-service similarity search tool for clinicians and non-technical staff. Designed and implemented a representation-learning pipeline focusing on vertebrae, learned embeddings from largely unlabelled MRI/BoneMRI data, and exposed similarity search as an internal service. Built ingestion/embedding workflow, ranking logic, and evaluation metrics to compare encoders on real clinical cases.
