The customer portal serves as the meeting point for various Generali clients and their contracts. To offer clients the highest quality of service, I collaborated with a UX designer and various Product Owners on the continuous improvement of the customer portal, incorporating new features.
Utilizing the Design System provided by the group and wireframes from the UX, I provided developers with prototypes for both mobile and desktop interfaces. One of the new features we developed, specifically related to annuities and exceptional payments, received an internal award in the category of "Intuitive and Assisted Experience."

Nomineo, the platform dedicated to wealth management and savings, stands as a highly impactful initiative. The team was divided into two entities: the Design section consisting of a UI, UX, and a Product Owner; and the IT section comprising multiple developers, BAs, 2 scrum masters, 2 Product Owners, and 1 Project Manager.
This critical subject holds immense significance as it is the most anticipated and ambitious within the group, given that the savings and wealth management segment accounts for over half of Generali's revenue. I work on all 8 modules of the application in close collaboration with the Product Owners and DevOps/Architect.

To complement various email campaigns, I had to create landing pages for insurance products related to home, MAG (My Animal Generali), borrower's insurance, health, and professional liability insurance. Thanks to these campaigns, including the landing pages, Generali experienced an overall traffic increase of 22% in June 2023 compared to June 2022.
