Social Media Strategy: Luxury & Lifestyle Brands

Two very different brands. One a female-owned bourbon label competing in a category dominated by decades of tradition. The other a Miami-based luxury design and organization brand trying to turn social attention into high-ticket client inquiries. Both needed a voice that felt native to their world, and content that actually drove results rather than just filled a feed.

    The Approach
Built each brand’s voice from the inside out, starting with what made them distinct rather than what their competitors were doing. For the bourbon brand, that meant leaning into the female-owned story without making it the whole story, pairing craft credibility with influencer partnerships and user-generated content that brought outside validation in. For the luxury design brand, it meant writing with a local accent, content rooted in Miami’s specific aesthetic and lifestyle so it resonated with exactly the right audience rather than generic design content that could’ve come from anywhere. In both cases, calls-to-action were built to invite a response, not just a scroll past.

    The Results
118% increase in impressions and 25% community growth in year one for the bourbon brand, with a sustained 22% engagement lift across the campaign. For the luxury brand, a 45% increase in local audience growth, 48% lift in DM engagement, and a 21% improvement in client conversion rate.

    Pharma Launch Positioning

A specialized eczema treatment needed to stand out in a crowded dermatological category. The clinical data was strong but buried in dense trial reports that meant nothing to the people actually deciding whether to prescribe it. The job was to translate that data into messaging HCPs would trust and patients would understand, without losing a word of regulatory accuracy or compromising compliance.

    The Approach
Rebuilt dense clinical trial results into HCP-facing messaging that read as credible without sounding like a technical report. Applied clinical decision psychology to identify what actually drives a provider to trust a product enough to recommend it, then built positioning around those drivers rather than generic feature claims. Developed patient-facing content that simplified complex mechanism-of-action information into language that built confidence without oversimplifying the science. Executed everything inside strict regulatory review, ensuring every claim held up to scrutiny while still moving the audience.

    The Results
42% increase in qualified HCP portal engagement

11% prescription growth in target markets

Launched successfully across a compliance-heavy regulatory environment

    Event-to-Digital Audience Growth

A national health advocacy nonprofit had built a strong community one city, one event at a time. The problem was scale. Growth was capped by how many places they could physically show up, and the existing strategy had no way to capture or sustain audience engagement beyond the event itself. The job was to turn a series of local moments into a digital movement that could grow participation and revenue without losing the personal feel that made the in-person experience work.

    The Approach
Replaced manual, in-person outreach with digital funnels that captured interest before, during, and after each event. Secured regional and national brand partnerships that extended the initiative into new audiences beyond existing reach. Built a unified multichannel strategy that connected social, digital, and event touchpoints into one consistent story, so a flagship event became an ongoing source of engagement rather than a single moment that faded the next day. Kept the content personal and cause-driven at scale, so the audience growth never made the brand feel corporate or distant.

    The Results
65% increase in active community participation

25% growth in virtual program engagement

Exceeded overall revenue goals by 15%

    Healthcare Engagement Overhaul

A major pharmaceutical brand had a problem familiar to anyone in regulated healthcare: every channel told a slightly different story, patients and HCPs were getting fragmented versions of the same message, and nothing moved without compliance sign-off. The job was to build one connected digital experience that worked across both audiences, held up under regulatory scrutiny, and didn’t feel like five departments wrote it separately.

    The Approach
Audited how patients and HCPs actually moved across channels, not the version that existed in the org chart, and rebuilt the strategy around that reality. Diagnosed exactly where the existing digital presence was losing people, then built a plan that closed those specific gaps instead of layering new channels on top of broken ones. Brought patient and HCP touchpoints into a single, compliant journey so the message stayed consistent regardless of where someone landed. Designed content, interactive resources, and digital tools meant to be returned to, not built once and forgotten. The same compliant framework was then scaled across three markets.

    The Results
45% year-over-year increase in organic digital engagement

2.5M+ resource downloads and video views across patient populations

3.2x increase in digital tool utilization

3 markets onboarded onto a single compliant blueprint
