What I built:
AI Stackly is a production-ready AI SaaS platform that provides 15+ AI-powered tools across content creation, social media, SEO, business communication, and developer productivity. The platform is designed for real usage, not demos, delivering fast, reliable AI outputs using Groq’s low-latency language and vision models through a clean, responsive interface.

My role:
I was the sole builder and founder, responsible for the entire lifecycle of the product. This included ideation, feature scoping, UI/UX design, frontend development, backend API design, database schema modeling, authentication and authorization, AI integrations, analytics, SEO optimization, and deployment. Every technical and product decision—from architecture to performance tuning—was owned and executed by me.

Key decisions & execution:
I chose Next.js with the App Router and TypeScript to balance performance, scalability, and SEO. MongoDB was used for flexible data modeling, while NextAuth enabled secure, production-grade authentication. I implemented a complete user system with saved history, favorites, analytics, daily streaks, and multi-device sync to encourage long-term engagement. Performance and SEO were treated as first-class concerns, with dynamic sitemaps, optimized routing, and Lighthouse-focused improvements.

Outcome & impact:
AI Stackly was successfully shipped as a live product on Vercel. Users can actively use multiple AI tools, track their usage, and manage outputs across devices. The project demonstrates my ability to ship a full-stack SaaS independently, make trade-offs under constraints, and deliver a real-world product with strong technical foundations.
