Designed and architected scalable Tosca automation frameworks using model-based testing principles. Established automation standards, naming conventions, and governance for enterprise Tosca implementations. Created reusable modules, libraries, and templates to support long-term scalability and maintainability. Validated EDI 837/835 claim billing and HIPAA data integrity in Facets. Defined automation strategy, roadmap, and metrics to improve automation maturity. Implemented Tosca TDS/TDM for synthetic test data and data provisioning. Performed both manual and automated testing across FACETS workflows and supported upgrade testing. Ensured data integrity and cross-system validation between CRM and Facets, and contributed to CI/CD automation and reporting.

Designed, developed, and enhanced module-based automation using Tricentis Tosca across CRM, MDS, RMB, DIRECT, SAR, and AO applications. Built new custom controls and execution tasks in Tosca; implemented core Tosca features for requirements, test case design, and modules. Automated audits and assurance services workflows, built regression suites, and supported AWS-based testing, CI/CD integration, and BI reporting using Power BI. Conducted backend data validation with SQL, performed load testing on AWS API Gateway, and helped drive automation maturity across teams.

Designed, developed, and implemented automated tests for RMB, CRM, MBI, and payment processing applications using Tosca Web Driver with Java. Migrated functional and regression scripts from Selenium to Tosca. Built and maintained Cypress-based automation frameworks for CRM and RMB, and performed extensive backend testing with SQL. Managed defect tracking in Rally/JIRA, implemented CI/CD practices with Jenkins, and contributed to test automation framework enhancements.
