Define and implement the company’s long-term technology roadmap. Lead design, development, and deployment of software/platforms, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable system architecture. Identify and integrate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage. Recruit, mentor, and manage engineering/IT teams, while allocating technology budgets and resources effectively. Oversee cybersecurity and compliance (data security, privacy, regulatory requirements), collaborate with executives/operations/product teams to align technology with business goals, manage vendors and outsourcing partners, and monitor system performance, reliability, and efficiency. Additionally, support branding and promotional enhancements using market-oriented approaches and current trends.

Work with prospective users and clients to understand needs and translate them into product requirements. Own and drive the product vision and roadmap, maintaining alignment with delivery timelines. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams for IAM initiatives. Own and prioritize the product backlog based on security, compliance, and business goals; write user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for IAM solutions. Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and security experts to deliver secure IAM capabilities aligned with industry expectations such as Zero Trust, MFA, SSO, and Privileged Access Management. Continuously evaluate product performance, gather feedback, and drive enhancements through Scrum meetings and sprints.
