I am Santeri Sulkunen, born in Helsinki, Finland, and currently living in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. I started my music career at the age of 7 and have since studied jazz and rock in various conservatories across Finland and the Netherlands. I hold a Master’s degree in Jazz Music from the Conservatory of Amsterdam. Over the years, I have performed internationally with multiple jazz ensembles and bands, composed my own jazz and electronic music, and regularly teach guitar and music production.
My professional experience spans performing in renowned venues and festivals, collaborating with a variety of artists, and leading my own projects such as Project 170, BET Trio, and INAZMA. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge as a guitar teacher and supporting emerging talents, including a cooperation project with Dutch producer KVR. My expertise also extends to music production and coaching within the jazz and electronic music genres.
