My responsibilities include strengthening brand positioning, increasing customer engagement across digital channels and driving traffic to the website to ultimately increase sales. Key areas of work: • Plan, create and publish SEO-driven blog content to increase organic traffic, inspire existing and potential customers and showcase expertise in tiles for residential and commercial projects. • Manage the social media strategy and content creation across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, to increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement and growth, including influencer collaborations. • Write and distribute newsletters to support seasonal key trading, promote new collections and nurture customer relationships. • Develop press releases, media outreach and editorial features to secure national coverage. • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across website, campaigns, social media and showroom and monitor performance using analytics and insights to optimise content.

• Delivered compelling SEO blog posts, social media content, external newsletters and press releases covering product launches and industry trends by thoroughly researching, designing and writing for both consumer and trade audiences. • Led a team of freelance journalists to effectively scale content production and support clients. • Forged collaborations with several brands and expand their market reach.
