    I designed a modern, easy-to-navigate Staff Handbook for Beyond Migration, a medium-sized tech business, turning essential HR and company information into a clear, welcoming document employees actually want to use.

    The project covered the full layout and visual system, from a refined grid structure and typographic hierarchy to custom iconography and branded section dividers so policies, processes, and culture content feel consistent and digestible. I created a clean cover concept, intuitive contents/navigation, and reusable page templates for common sections (onboarding, benefits, remote working, IT/security, conduct, and FAQs), ensuring the handbook is both professional and friendly.
