Freelance design for a Luxembourg-based start-up slow-fashion brand using 100% natural materials and artisanal craftsmanship; responsible for knitwear design and technical design.

Design and develop trend-driven knitwear, sweaters, wovens, jacquard, print, textile graphics and multi-product collections for womenswear, menswear, and kidswear for international clients across EU, UK, US (e.g., LPP brands such as Reserved, CROPP, Sinsay, House; PepCo, Ochnik, Whispering Smith). Lead design development from concept to production, including trend research, colour exploration, silhouette planning, yarn and fabric sourcing, yarn development, gauge selection and sampling. Create original knitwear, jacquard, graphics, motifs, placement, and textile artwork aligned with seasonal trends and client briefs. Produce technical sheets, technologist drawings, knit/stitch graphs, and artwork specifications to ensure seamless production and timely deliveries. Collaborate daily with Head of Design in Poland and cross-functional teams in Dhaka and Bangladesh, currently overseeing Head of Design responsibilities during maternity leave since Feb 26.

Launched an independent capsule knitwear collection of 100% merino wool sweaters & accessories. Designed full process from concept, development, yarn sourcing, sampling to final handmade production. Collaborated with a small Dublin-based team of hand knitters to produce limited handmade collection.
