Completely overhauled the look and feel of the company website. Created high-fidelity wireframes, design and mockups, and HTML5/CSS3 coded designs in WordPress. Managed all website functions including SEO, paid search, digital graphics, platform updates, and more. Designed product banners for digital and print, trade show graphics, email templates, infographics, and other customer-facing marketing materials. The overhaul contributed to a 25% increase in website traffic and a 10% increase in new customers/sales. Also transferred over 100 websites (20-30 pages each) from a legacy platform to the new system and mapped digital content into full website templates for handover to developers.

Designed and built over 1,000 mobile websites using a drag-and-drop platform. Conducted over 200 software trainings and product demos for customers and partners. Created nearly 100 mobile apps with the app-builder platform.
