We started this project with just three broad concepts โ and step by step, it evolved into a story. Together with the author, we decided that a young boy in the image of little Mozart perfectly reflects the spirit of the book: small, joyful violin pieces for young musicians who are just beginning their journey.
The goal was to blend classical aesthetics with a playful, storybook charm โ making learning feel like an adventure. The cheerful woodpecker adds a touch of humor and rhythm, echoing the โstaccatoโ theme in a visual way.

Creating this artwork was pure joy โ itโs one of those projects that remind me how illustration can make even music theory come alive.
