PickPark is a smart parking guidance platform designed to improve parking visibility, streamline the driver experience, and help operators make better use of existing parking capacity.

The project began as a product explainer, but after reviewing the concept, I proposed repositioning the narrative toward the platform’s primary buyers: parking operators and investors. Rather than focusing solely on the driver’s frustration, the animation was restructured to demonstrate how improved parking visibility can increase utilization while delivering a smoother customer experience.

To align the creative direction before production, I developed a complete storyboard outlining every scene, including visual layouts, camera direction, voice-over, animation style, and production requirements. This allowed the client to review the entire concept before animation began and helped keep production organized.

During development, the web application itself had not yet been designed, so I recreated the interface in Figma based on the available concepts before animating the complete user journey. The final animation combines cinematic 3D environments with modern SaaS-style motion graphics to communicate both the product experience and its business value.

The completed project was delivered with custom motion graphics, UI animation, sound design, voice-over integration, and multiple export formats optimized for presentations and online marketing.
