Throughout her graduate studies, Shelsea has directed, produced, and edited several short films, including Fences (2025), a recreation of the iconic August Wilson play and film; the SNFF Parkway Theatre Spec Ad (2025), which highlights familial connection through VR gaming and moviegoing; and Mental Fight (2024), her first graduate short that examines social beauty standards and internal conflict. Pre-graduate work includes content creation videos (i.e., vlogging, comedic sketches, memorial videos) that Shelsea explored to gain videomaking and editing skills. In addition, Shelsea contributes her media and editing skills to the JHU AAP Multimedia Instructional Resources Center, producing instructional videos. She also captures live events for the Peabody Conservatory—demonstrating her versatility across media platforms.
