On Meta, a budget of Rs. 38,000 was split across Facebook and Instagram targeting three audience layers — cold IT managers and CTO-level professionals, cold SME business owners aged 25–55, and a warm retargeting audience of website visitors from the last 30 days, which delivered the strongest results at a 5.4% CTR; video ads outperformed all other formats with an engagement score of 62/100, and the two platforms combined generated 64 leads at an average cost of Rs. 594 per lead. Across both channels, the campaigns collectively spent Rs. 83,000, reached over 342,900 unique users, and delivered 151 qualified leads at a blended average cost of Rs. 550 per lead.
