Produced 3D and 2D animations for crowdfunding campaigns and marketing materials on Kickstarter, consistently meeting client deadlines and specifications. Developed an asset library system that improved access and organization of thousands of media assets and significantly sped up workflow. Collaborated with 3 –5 artists to coordinate timelines and integrate live-action video, 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and sound.

Secured $30,500 in grant funding by writing and submitting three applications outlining project goals, timelines, and budgets. Maintained planned project timelines and ensured accurate and on-time reports during grant periods. Completed all pre-production tasks, including scripting, storyboarding, visual design, and early sound design, resulting in a 22-minute animatic with hundreds of frames. Organized and maintained 1000+ project files, including grant-writing materials, ensuring accessibility for grant reports and future reference.

Worked closely with clients to establish project scope for short animations, including motion graphics and concept videos. Managed concepts through final delivery, ensuring all aspects were completed on time and according to clients’ specifications. Documented all project phases, maintaining organized records of assets, revisions, and project communication.
