Stephanie Jochmans

I am a Graphic Design Coordinator at the University of South Florida, supporting campaign and branding across all three USF campuses. I lead high-volume campaigns from concept to final delivery, including financial quotes, strict timelines, material choices, press proofs, and production requirements. I oversee USF Housing’s in-house design service, coordinating print and digital design, advertisements, social media assets, infographics, multi-page books, signage, and creative solutions. I mentor a team of design students and designed a campus-wide signage system to guide traffic flow across multiple locations.

In my UX/UI studies, I gained hands-on experience across the full UX/UI process. My capstone project, NoteDock, explored how people organize and retrieve notes. Through multiple rounds of user testing, I achieved a system with a 100% task success rate and a 4 to 6 second task completion window. Low/mid-fidelity mock-ups for team collaboration are deliverables I can provide. My approach to success is through positive cross-functional collaboration, creative problem-solving, and evidence-based design decisions.
