As the lead developer of the Autonomous Electric Tractor at Ztractor, I oversaw every aspect of the project from conception to prototype production. My responsibilities included defining brand identity and project management plan, creating initial concept designs that balanced aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturing efficiency, and developing 3D CAD models for prototyping and serial production. I also worked closely with the team to engineer and optimize assembly processes, collaborated with vendors and OEMs to refine and finalize parts, and continually sought ways to improve serial production methods. Through these efforts, I helped bring the Autonomous Electric Tractor from a vision to a reality, ready for mass production. - Defined brand identity and product DNA for a new electric vehicle platform - Developed Tractor throughout all development phases of industrial design and development. - Developed production-ready CAD for serial manufacturing. - Engineered assemblies, structural interfaces, and serviceability. - Collaborated directly with OEM suppliers and manufacturing partners. - Guided and monitored both engineering and software/hardware teams.

Industrial Designer at Zipato LTD

While at Zipato, I played a key role in the development of two updated versions of Zipato smart home appliances. Working closely with the engineering team, I participated in every stage of the production process, from conception to completion. This involved creating an internal aluminum frame, speakers, and screw bosses, and required a high level of collaboration with the OEM and engineering department to ensure the technical accuracy and feasibility of our designs. - Designed and engineered internal aluminum frame and all plastic parts for injection molding. - Developed three new products of smart home consumer electronics. - Worked tightly with OEMs, Manufacturers and hardware and electronics engineering teams.

As a 3D CAD modeler and designer at Unu Motors, I was instrumental in the creation of an innovative electric scooter featuring a BOSCH motor and ample storage for two helmets and batteries. My skills in production and molding proved invaluable as I worked to align the technical requirements of the scooter's frame with the desired design aesthetic of the outer shell. I was tasked with exploring the potential applications of Shape Memory Polyurethane, a temperature-sensitive plastic material with diverse technical and design possibilities in fields ranging from transportation and heavy machinery to medical equipment and home products. I also took the lead on bringing the "NOUMENON Armchair" from a sketch phase to production readiness, overseeing the redesign of the product to meet production requirements, the development of production molds, and the realignment of tools and machinery for efficient manufacturing. - Researched and applied Shape Memory Polyurethane in design applications. - Developed molds and coordinated tooling for prototype production. - Redesigned and created CAD of the NOUMENON Armchair for prototype production.
