Volunteer UX Web Designer at Meatland Greenvale

December 1, 2025 - March 1, 2026

Updated the landing page to replicate the in-store presence with a modern, gourmet feel. Initiated client contact using an email proposal. Collaborated with the e-commerce CMS MyFoodlink by liaising with their customer support and design teams to test feasibility and implement designs. This refreshed landing page was the first major update to the website in eight years. Implemented the change without funding or cost to the owner.

Led creation of a landing page with an enquiry form to digitize the lead acquisition process. Crafted a component library and branding from scratch. The new landing page reduced the total steps in workload by 57%. The process helped speed up customer leads by 70%.

Worked in a pair to replenish an average of 150+ trolleys so they were easily available to customers, and isolated damaged trolleys to maintain accessibility.
