Produced over 250 short-form videos for internal communications and external recruitment campaigns, managing the workflow from shooting to editing and final asset delivery. Photographed associates and vessels in action to create high quality visual assets, supporting recruiting efforts and increasing industry awareness. Filmed and produced video messages from the senior leadership team, communicating strategies and major announcements.
