HRM System
I conceptualized and built a comprehensive HRM (Human Resource Management) system from the
ground up. The primary goal was to streamline employee management processes while minimizing
manual effort and maximizing efficiency.
Here's a brief overview of the key features of the HRM system I developed:
User-Friendly Interface: The system boasts an intuitive user interface that allows administrators to easily
register employees and assign them roles according to their responsibilities within the organization.
Role-Based Access Control: Different levels of access are granted based on user roles. Administrators
have full access rights, while managers can view and manage details of employees under their
supervision, facilitating efficient team management.
Automated Attendance Management: I integrated ZKTeco attendance machines into the system to
automate attendance tracking. This integration ensures accurate and reliable attendance records
without the need for manual input, reducing errors and saving valuable time.
Leave and Loan Management: Employees can conveniently apply for leave and loans directly through
the system. The application process is streamlined, taking into account employee status (probationary
or permanent), and ensuring proper documentation and approval workflows.
Payroll Automation: The system automates payroll generation based on various factors, including
employee attendance, loans, provident funds, EOBI (Employee Old-Age Benefit Institution), and other
relevant parameters. This automation significantly reduces the time and effort required for payroll
processing while minimizing the risk of errors.
Completely Automated: One of the standout features of this system is its complete automation. By
eliminating manual interventions, the system operates seamlessly, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in
all HR-related processes.
