    Glowork Recruitment Company was founded in 2011 to empower women in the workforce. The first edition of A Step Ahead Career Fair was established in 2013 with the support of the Ministry of Labor and the Human Resources Development Fund. The primary goal of the exhibition was to provide job opportunities for Saudi women and open up the market for them. The exhibition achieved great success by employing over 9,800 Saudi women. The successes continued for seven consecutive editions. In 2022, a new and expanded version of the exhibition was launched in partnership with ThreeDots Company for Administrative Consultancy, Training, and Business Solutions, where thousands of job opportunities were offered to Saudi men and women of both genders, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, to enhance the role of national competencies.
