I’m a content designer, skilled in user research and also service design. I have also acted as product lead on many digital projects. I’ve delivered a range of transformation projects using agile and UCD (user centred design) for government, local government and charities. I’ve implemented the Government Digital Service Design Principles (GDS) on a number of projects and measured their success via Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and data.
