Professional Bio – Tim Faunce-Brown Tim Faunce-Brown is an experienced educator, sound engineer, and music technology specialist with a diverse professional background spanning education, audio production, technical theatre, and project management. With over 25 years of teaching and leadership experience, he has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to inspire students, develop innovative learning environments, and manage complex technical systems. Currently working at Rosebery School, Tim teaches Mathematics, Religious Studies, and Business Studies across GCSE level while also serving as a Performing Arts Technician and Cover Supervisor. Alongside classroom teaching, he supports music, media, and drama departments through recording studio management, live sound engineering, sound and lighting system upgrades, and staff training on audio technology. His work has included recording and mixing productions, improving theatre technical infrastructure, and developing resources that enhance both student learning and staff capability. Previously at St Teresa's School, Tim taught Mathematics and Computer Science while leading music technology, sound, and lighting initiatives. He successfully modernised theatre sound systems, reducing reliance on external providers and improving in-house production capability. His inclusive teaching approach also included specialist support for students with additional learning needs.
