    Matador Concrete Website

Custom WordPress build for a Southern California concrete contractor — full bilingual site (EN/ES), conversion-focused copy, and a custom theme delivered in a one-week sprint.

    The Brief

Matador Concrete has been operating across the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles for over a decade. Family-run and well-regarded, but their digital presence wasn’t keeping pace with the quality of their work. The site needed to do two things at once: build trust with homeowners evaluating a residential contractor, and signal capability to commercial project managers reviewing bids.

There was another layer: a significant portion of their client base is Spanish-speaking, and the existing setup offered no bilingual support — making them invisible to a segment of the market they were already serving in person.

    The Approach

Custom theme. Conversion-focused structure. One-week sprint.

Custom Theme Build — No templates, no page builders. A purpose-built WordPress theme designed around the Matador brand: strong, clean, and built to convey reliability before a visitor reads a single word.

Conversion Copywriting — Every page written to do a job. Headers, service descriptions, and CTAs structured to move a first-time visitor to a quote request in as few steps as possible.

Full Bilingual Build — Complete English and Spanish versions, properly structured — not machine-translated. Doubles the addressable market without doubling the workload for the client.

    What Was Delivered

    • Custom WordPress theme, no page builders
    • 6 pages: Home, Services, Gallery, About, Contact + Spanish versions
    • Conversion-focused copywriting throughout
    • Yoast SEO setup: titles, meta, schema, sitemap
    • Mobile-first responsive design
    • Contact form with quote request flow
    • Master Tape handoff with full recorded walkthrough
    Intaglio Crafthaus Website

A pre-launch nano-brewery and coffee studio built from zero — custom theme, WooCommerce Founders Club memberships, a bespoke plugin, and a brand identity designed to outlast the opening.

    The Brief

Intaglio Crafthaus is opening in Redlands, CA in Fall 2026. The challenge: build a site for a business that doesn’t exist yet — no photos of the space, no products to sell, no foot traffic to capture. The site needed to accomplish three things before day one: build an audience, establish the brand, and generate pre-launch revenue through a tiered membership program.

“Intaglio is a printmaking technique. You carve into a surface, press it to paper, and what remains is something irreducible — the mark beneath the mark.” — Brand voice guide

    The Approach

Custom theme. Custom plugin. A brand built to outlast the opening.

Custom WordPress Theme — Fully bespoke, no page builders. Dark, warm, deliberately unhurried — designed to feel like a place worth visiting before it exists as one.

Custom Founders Club Plugin — Handles the full membership lifecycle: tier selection, WooCommerce purchase flow, member portal access, and benefit tracking. No third-party subscription service taking a cut.

Custom Menu Post Type — Brewery taps, coffee drinks, and seasonal items managed without touching code or breaking the layout.

    What Was Delivered

    • Custom WordPress theme, fully bespoke, no page builders
    • WooCommerce store with auto stock management per membership tier
    • Custom Founders Club plugin: member portal, tier management, benefit tracking
    • Custom menu post type for rotating content
    • Age verification gate (21+) with cookie persistence
    • Email list / waitlist integration
    • Brand identity and full site copywriting
    • Yoast SEO setup + mobile-first responsive design
    • Privacy policy and cookie consent (required for age-gated alcohol sites)
    Shuv Website

Full in-house build for a limited-drop skate denim brand — brand identity, photography, copywriting, WooCommerce, and server migration, all before a single pair shipped.

    The Brief

Shuv is a limited-drop denim brand built by a skateboarder who couldn’t find jeans worth skating in. The challenge wasn’t just building a store — it was building a brand identity strong enough to sell a product that didn’t physically exist yet, to an audience with no reason to trust it, on a model where pre-orders fund production.

Every element had to earn trust on its own: no reviews, no press, no social proof.

“Shuv is a skateboarder with a problem and a solution. The site’s job is to make that story feel real before the product arrives.” — Brand voice guide

    The Approach

No handoffs. Every layer under one roof.

Brand Identity — Logo, color palette, typography, and voice guide. Raw and credible; intentional restraint throughout.

Photography & Copy — Shot and written in-house. With zero social proof to lean on, both had to carry the full weight of persuasion.

WooCommerce + Server Migration — Pre-order drop model with auto-closing stock limits. Zero-downtime migration from previous host.

    What Was Delivered

    • Brand identity: logo, palette, typography, voice guide
    • Product photography, shot and edited in-house
    • Full site copywriting: homepage, product, about, FAQ
    • WordPress design, mobile-first, no page builders
    • WooCommerce pre-order store with drop-model stock management
    • Email list with 72hr early-access drop announcements
    • Yoast SEO setup + server migration
    • Policies: privacy, refund, and terms of service
    Taquería Mazatlán Website

A bilingual WordPress site built for a food truck that moves every night — live locations, multi-location menus, and a Spanish experience built end to end, not bolted on.

    The Brief

Taquería Mazatlán has been serving handmade tacos with bold coastal flavors from Sinaloa since 2019. Family-run, parked at a different brewery almost every night across the Inland Empire, with a loyal following and strong Instagram presence. What they didn’t have was a website that could keep pace with how the business actually moves.

Customers were tracking the truck through Instagram stories — fine, until it isn’t. No central place for tonight’s location, the full menu, or catering inquiries. And a significant portion of the customer base is Spanish-speaking, so a half-translated site wasn’t going to cut it.

    The Approach

Custom child theme on the Foodie parent theme. Locations-first architecture. Bilingual by default.

📍 Custom Locations & Events System — Purpose-built post types so the site always knows where the truck is next. The homepage pulls the upcoming appearance live — no stale data, no scrambling before service.

🍽️ Multi-Menu Architecture — Different menus per location, plus a downloadable PDF for catering. The team can update items and prices without touching code.

🌐 Bilingual From the Ground Up — Full English and Spanish across every custom post type and field. Spanish-speaking customers get the same experience, not a watered-down version.

    What Was Delivered

    • Custom WordPress child theme on the Foodie parent
    • 6 pages: Home, Menu, Catering, About, Contact, Find Us
    • Custom Locations & Events post types with live feed
    • Multi-location menu system with PDF download
    • Full bilingual build (EN/ES) across all custom post types
    • Instagram feed integration
    • Mobile-first responsive design
    • Yoast SEO setup + full client handoff documentation
