I've been a professional writer for 30 years with a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University. I have been public speaking for about the same amount of time in all settings--from government to corporate to non-profit. I also have several certificates in Mental Health & Wellness, including Workplace and Performance Expert (I write wellness strategies and other products, do public speaking, event programming, and sit on committees.). I have worked creating programming for children from ages 3-5. I have also been singing since I was about 3 years old.
