I create explainer videos, logo animations, lyric videos, product reveals, and more. I started out 4 years ago, when I was unemployed and struggling to find a direction. A friend of mine, a creative director at Müller Media, took me on board. He believed in me—partly because of his gut feeling, and partly because of my background in graffiti art—and over the years he taught me the craft. It felt like a cold plunge when, after only a month of learning, he handed me my first project: creating an animation for a Sportland campaign, the biggest sports retail chain in the Baltics. Since then, I’ve worked on designing elements, 2D and 3D animations, and full-scale projects. Even though my role was officially “animator,” there were times when I had to handle everything—from storyboarding all the way to the final render.
