Hi, I’m Vahideh Zeighami, an architect with a Master’s degree and hands-on experience in both design and construction. My work ranges from villa and residential design to commercial interiors, façade renovation, competition projects, and full project execution. I approach every project with strong attention to detail, functionality, and material harmony. I believe in simplicity — limiting materials to create stronger visual balance — and integrating natural light and greenery to bring life into every space. From concept development to construction supervision, I design spaces that are thoughtful, practical, and emotionally engaging. Let’s create architecture that feels alive.

    uniE621 Forest Villa in Savadkuh
Role: Architect & Interior Designer Project Type: Residential Villa Status: Concept Design This villa was designed deep within a forest site, with a primary commitment to preserving all existing trees. The building was carefully positioned to maintain full harmony with the natural environment. The design emphasizes natural light through skylights and strategic openings in living areas, staircase, and reading zones. Only two main materials — wood and exposed concrete — were used to create a minimalist and cohesive architectural language. The project focuses on creating a warm family gathering space, a light-filled reading corner, and a strong visual and sensory connection to nature.
uniE621 Commended Design in the China Kitchen Design Competition
This kitchen prioritizes functionality while fostering meaningful family interactions. The design considers user roles, responsibilities, and ages, creating a scenario that supports daily routines and cooperative cooking. The layout follows the classic work triangle between the refrigerator, hob, and sink, while offering 25–30% more storage and 35–40% more countertop space than typical kitchens. Translucent glass cabinets reduce visual heaviness, keeping the space clean and refined, while maintaining ample storage with a blurred, unobtrusive look. This carefully considered design balances efficiency, aesthetics, and the social dynamics of family life.
uniE621 Telecommunications Lobby – Sohrevardi Center, Tehran
This project focused on renovating an outdated administrative lobby while maintaining the organizational identity of the space. Gray ceramic flooring and black 3D wall tiles were selected to create a modern and structured atmosphere. A wooden entrance feature was introduced to add warmth and contrast to the cool material palette. Integrated green zones enclosed in laminated glass enhance spatial quality while preserving safety and transparency. The final result balances functionality, durability, and refined architectural expression.
uniE621 Entrance Gate Design Competition for Iran University of Science and Technology
The southern entrance gate of Iran University of Science and Technology harmoniously complements the main entrance, emphasizing horizontal elegance and human scale. A series of four arches separates pedestrian and vehicular circulation while creating dynamic perspectives, natural lighting, and ventilation. Platforms and linear green spaces enhance usability and spatial quality, fostering a welcoming and educational environment. The design balances structural innovation with symbolic meaning, reflecting humanity’s role as both observer and creator of knowledge and beauty.
uniE621 Massage Rooms – Bangkok Hotel
This project involved designing six massage rooms within an existing hotel spa zone in Bangkok, with the requirement to preserve all current flooring and structural elements. The design focused on enhancing serenity through soft lighting, neutral materials, custom furniture layouts, and subtle greenery. Special attention was given to maintaining a calm and uncluttered atmosphere within the compact spaces. Each room was individually tailored to create a relaxing and harmonious guest experience.
    uniE621 Office in Andarzgoo
This compact office was carefully designed to maximize functionality while maintaining a clean, organized look. A large planter box separates the kitchenette from the main workspace, adding greenery and visual appeal. A central table with four chairs supports meetings and visitor interactions, while a dual-sided bookshelf provides accessible storage for management and clients. Custom desks and a storage cabinet optimize the limited space, creating an efficient, ergonomic, and visually balanced environment for daily tasks.
uniE621 Concrete Villa Design with Sea View
This villa renovation focused on enhancing spatial quality and material expression while respecting the original design and budget constraints. Existing materials—concrete, wood, and exposed cement—were preserved to maintain visual harmony. Large full-height openings connect interiors with outdoor terraces, maximizing natural light and promoting seamless indoor–outdoor living. The result is a cohesive, calm, and well-balanced design that elevates the villa’s architectural identity.
uniE621 Residential Building in Ekhtiyariyeh (Design & Construction)
This project involved the full design and construction of a four-story residential building on a compact urban site in Tehran. Despite spatial limitations, the layout was carefully designed to meet all functional standards, including integrated storage, optimized circulation, and natural daylight through a lightwell system. The façade combines neutral-toned rectangular and curved bricks with wooden window boxes incorporating greenery. The goal was to create a human-centered, functional, and visually harmonious building from concept to execution.
