Led the primary design function, collaborating with external agencies to ensure goal alignment. Drove the IGP rebranding to unify brand identity across IGP, Interflora, Masqa, and PropShop24. Designed a scalable icon system adaptable across brands, and developed a 180+ color palette optimized for accessibility, scalability, and cross-platform consistency. Built a 420+ design token system from scratch grounded in the new color guide, and engineered a scalable button system with 700+ variations to adapt to desktop, tablet, and mobile. Established centralized design consistency by creating an atomic design component library with 15+ core UI elements (badges, inputs, date pickers, checkboxes, radio buttons). Identified cross-team nomenclature gaps and introduced standardized naming conventions.
