For the last 10+ years, I’ve moved from hands-on design to creative leadership, and I’ve learned that what I love most isn’t just creating great work; it’s building the teams and systems that make it possible. At DataSnipper, I got the chance to build an in-house creative team from scratch. I hired, mentored, and led a new group of multidisciplinary designers, setting up the workflows and collaborative vibe we needed to become a high-performing internal agency.

Through my experience in different settings, including running my own freelance business, Viky One, I’ve honed in on what truly drives me: using design to make a positive impact. I’m passionate about partnering with companies that are making a real difference in the world. For me, the most rewarding work is connecting creative solutions to a meaningful mission and helping purpose-driven brands tell their story.

My leadership style is built on a simple idea: the best creative work happens when people feel safe, supported, and free to take risks. I lead with empathy and focus on the people behind the pixels. As a ‘third culture kid’ who grew up between countries, I’m naturally adaptable and bring a global, people-first perspective to my work. My goal is always to create a space where diverse ideas are welcome and designers have the support they need to be brilliant.
