Challenge: VQT LIMITED needed a high-energy promotional video optimized for TikTok and Instagram to drive engagement and brand awareness across short-form platforms.

Approach: Handled full post-production — editing the footage into a fast-paced, platform-native cut, color grading for a polished on-brand look, adding custom motion graphics for visual impact, syncing captions for accessibility and retention, and selecting background music to match the pacing and energy of the brand.

Results: Delivered a scroll-stopping promo video tailored specifically for TikTok and Instagram’s short-form format, combining strong visual storytelling with platform-optimized pacing.

Client: Yes Theory a media brand built around “Seek Discomfort,” known
globally for high-energy travel and adventure content.

The Challenge
Hours of unstructured travel footage (boat, drone, underwater dive) with no
built-in narrative. The edit needed to shift smoothly between calm scenic
moments and high-energy discovery, clean up inconsistent location audio
(wind, boat engine, underwater gaps), and match Yes Theory’s established
cinematic look.

My Approach

• Built a story-first assembly — establishing a clear beginning, rising
  tension, and payoff before fine-cutting
• Tightened pacing and rhythm — slower holds on scenic drone shots, faster
  cuts during action and discovery moments
• Repaired and designed sound — cleaned noisy location audio, layered
  ambient and music beds, added sound design to underwater and aerial sequences
• Applied a cinematic color grade — boosted natural blues and greens to match
  Yes Theory’s vibrant, high-production brand look
• Delivered a broadcast-ready final cut, technically QC’d and export-optimized

Result
Transformed scattered location footage into a single, well-paced adventure
film with a clear emotional through-line ready to publish without further
revisions.
